This Rapunzel Tomato Concentrate is made from sun- ripened tomatoes processed from harvest . The tomatoes are delicately peeled, seeded, reduced to small pieces and concentrated under vacuum, then the product is packaged and heated for preservation. It allows you to reduce your sodium intake by 71% compared to a classic tomato concentrate.
