This delicious dish of Monkfish with apple sauce and Breton cider goes perfectly with rice, potatoes or any other vegetable! The fish comes from local fishing in Loctudy (29) and the Brut cider comes from the "Cidrerie Kerné" in the town of Pouldreuzic.
Reheat for 8 to 10 minutes in a saucepan over low heat.
