To the delight of our taste buds, this succulent marengo veal was browned in duck fat before simmering with the rest of the ingredients for more than an hour and a half. Dish in sauce typical of our gastronomy, you can accompany it with starches, beans or even broccoli.
With its 400g format, this delicious marengo veal allows you to make 2 meals and provides you with 59% less sodium compared to a classic veal stew.
